The Organ Grinder and the Monkey by Sam Moffie

The Organ Grinder and the Monkey is a wickedly astute, animated tale infused with clever takes on contemporary society.

Well not years to figure out, but he was close.

“It’s going to take months to figure out this David Crosby thing,” Irving declared to Stan as they tried to figure out the father and son Crosby connection.

“Look,” Stan said to his brother-in-law. “It’s a fucking miracle you figured out the Taboo thing. No wonder he wrote ‘Helplessly Hoping,’” he said with a sigh.

“He didn’t. I think it was Stephen Stills. Maybe it was Graham Nash? But it was not David Crosby. Hey… wait a minute. Kid, you just gave mean idea that I’m going to think is the whole reason for the Floyd Crosby clue,” Irving said as he ran and kissed Stan on the forehead. “By the way Stan it’s Tabu, not Taboo,” Irving corrected.

“I don’t get it,” said Stan.

“It’s a ringer. It means nothing. Other then to fuck up the investigators,” guessed Irving.

“Taboo or Tabu is a ringer?” Stan now guessed.

“A wild fucking goose chase. By the way, i am the hearing impaired one. It is Tabu not Taboo,” Irving said.

“You should be writing for that CSI TV crime show,” flatered Stan.
